Hard-to-serve defendants
Some people are difficult to find or avoid service on purpose. We use in-house skip tracing to locate evasive defendants and complete service when an address turns out to be wrong.
Documents we serve
We serve statements of claim, summonses, subpoenas, notices of motion, family law applications, and small claims documents. Every job follows the Rules of Civil Procedure.
Affidavit of service
When service is done, you get a sworn affidavit of service ready to file with the court. If service cannot be completed, you get a detailed affidavit of attempts.
