Skip tracing is a general term for various types of services that seek to find a person, wealth, information, or anything of value. Our focus is locating witnesses, evasive defendants, or other parties to an action, all at a reasonable cost. Skip traces start at $225.00 + HST which includes employment of various lawful methodologies to acquire as much information about the party as possible. A detailed report will be provided. If a party is successfully located, the cost is $325.00 + HST and any possible disbursements. Service of documents is not included.

We offer court filings and searches at the Superior Court of Justice, Family Court, Bankruptcy, Estate Court, Federal Court, Court of Appeal and Small Claims Court, throughout Ontario. We are knowledgeable about the Rules of Civil Procedure including time requirements and limitations, proper format of court documents, appropriate court office for filing, additional forms/affidavits/exhibits that form part of a package, and issuance and filing fees. Permitted we have the documents: expedited/rush service available for Hastings, Frontenac, Prince Edward, Lennox & Addington, and Northumberland.

Corporate searches are performed by searching the public record for entities that are or have been incorporated in the specified jurisdiction. These searches can generally include the following corporate information: incorporated, continued, or amalgamated entities; extra-provincial corporations carrying on business in Ontario; both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations; and, corporations enacted by special acts. We also offer NUANS and Birth, Death, Marriage Certificate searches.

Search the specified provincial or territorial registry for any currently active liens. Searches may be done searching for a specific piece of serialized collateral, or by debtor name.
